What is the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail or Semi Formal.

Please keep in mind we are having our ceremony outside. Cowboy boots are always an acceptable choice.

Are children welcome?

We kindly request that this celebration be an adult-only affair to ensure a more relaxed atmosphere for all our guests. If this presents any limitations for you, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

There is a child care service out of Whistler we have connected with, who can offer child care in your own hotel room for the evening if required. Website - Babysitting Whistler

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?

Don’t hesitate to reach out to either of us if you have any questions! If we can’t answer them, our wonderful wedding planner, Caroline, will be able to help.

Parking and transportation

We will have bus transportation to and from the venue, from Whistler Village Bus Loop. The venue is 20 minutes from the village. We will have multiple evening rounds for guests who may wish to depart at different times. There is a small amount of parking space available at the venue, however, please keep in mind it is off the main road, and could be difficult to navigate during the evening. There are also taxi options in Whistler. Book or plan ahead for cab transportation as it is limited.
